Celebrating Our 2023 Milestones

Looking back at 2023, we're filled with pride and appreciation. We kicked off the year by continuing the legacy of John's Grill under the innovative leadership of Chris Shirley, who, alongside Head Chef Tony Bongi and Bar Manager Tyler Webley, has been instrumental in bringing contemporary touches to our classic offerings. This year was a testament to our commitment to quality and the seamless blend of tradition and innovation.

Our menu continued to tantalize taste buds with favorites like the Steamed Clams, John’s Crab Cake, and the ever-popular Fried Calamari. The addition of seasonal specialties like the Copper River King Salmon and Seared Scallop Risotto, and our diverse steak selections, including the exquisite Dry Aged NY Steak, were highlights for many of our guests.

We also took pride in our enhanced beverage selections. Cocktails like the Berry Bramble and the B.C. Garden Party became instant favorites, perfectly complementing our extensive wine and whiskey offerings, which featured renowned labels such as Chateau Montelena and Daou.

Mukilteo Community and Collaboration

2023 was also a year of community and collaboration. Our participation in events like the March of Dimes showcased our commitment not just to culinary excellence, but to contributing to meaningful causes. We were thrilled to work alongside esteemed establishments like FogRose Atelier and John Howie Steak, fostering a spirit of collaboration and excellence in the culinary community.
